Results manifest themselves in different ways and result times vary from person to person. With consistency, beginners will see improvements in the first 5 weeks. You can expect to see increased strength, endurance and mobility of course, but in addition to this, studies show that working out regularly has a tremendous benefit on mental health as well!
Of course! Wolfies hunt in a pack. You’ll find that nothing builds comradery quite like overcoming a challenge together. For example a tough workout! Our community is filled with welcoming and kind folks who will make sure your time spent at Wolf Valley is enjoyable. We also have regular team-building activities and events. From group hikes to movie nights to softball teams, our crew doesn’t mess around when it comes to community.
It is a priority at Wolf Valley that we create a culture of family and community. Our folks take care of each other and we laugh in every class. It might sound cliche, but it is true that our people are what make us different. We also have top-trained coaches who are experts in their craft - from the workout programming to a keen eye for movement assessment to their various specialties, our coaches and trainers take great pride in their work.
We typically recommend that beginners come to 3 classes a week to start out. Consistency is key and folks who try to do too much too soon tend to burn out. We suggest you start with 3 days a week and work your way up to 5 days a week once you’re comfortable and ready to do so!
Yes! We sell a variety of snacks, beverages, and supplements. Free refreshments are provided on Community Days.
Absolutely not! Our job is to help you get fit. Many of our members started with little to no fitness and they’ll be the first to tell you that our group classes are the best way to get that started. Our coaches will meet you where you are with every movement and every workout to ensure that you are working within your capacity.
We set up memberships with automatic bank withdrawals. If you prefer, however, we also accept all major credit cards for a small fee and also accept personal checks and cash for prepaid memberships.
Our class program includes a variety of functional movements typically in the format of a dynamic warm-up, a focused strength or skill session, a conditioning piece, and a cool down. To ensure you never get bored, the movements will vary most days; but don't worry: our expert coaches will guide you through every piece.
No one will shake their head at your for eating a cupcake at Wolf Valley. A healthy lifestyle is all about balance. Our coaches strive to emphasize this. In our experience, many new members find that upon beginning to workout regularly, they conveniently find themselves more inclined to eat healthier foods. That said, you will probably find yourself enjoying a Rebel Pioneer cookie or a ice-cold Truly at a Wolf Valley Community event!
